Spellsteal is a mage class talent. This is a dispel effect that steals a magic buff from a target and gives it to the caster. The stolen buff will benefit the mage for up to two minutes, but never more than the duration remaining on the target from which it was stolen.

• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 3 class talent (was a level 39 ability).
  
• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now learned at level 39 (was 70).
