Shipwrecked Captives are captured gnolls, vrykul, humans, goblins, and Zandalari trolls located in Azsuna.
Abilities

- Personal Explosives - Betsi Boombasket periodically pulls explosives out of her personal stash, inflicting Fire damage to nearby enemies after a short duration. Enemies struck are set on fire, suffering Fire damage every 3 sec. for 12 sec.
