Scratchfever is a cat that wanders along the road between Orgrimmar and Razor Hill with his master, Tednug. Although he is a Pet and shouldn't speak, when Tednug and him pass along some harpies on the canyon leading to Orgrimmar, both of them say, "Later."
Trivia
He is, like Tednug, based off of characters from the short story, 'You Awaken in Razor Hill.'[1]
