Scorxia was a black dragon that assailed the Obsidian Citadel in the Waking Shores alongside her fellows in the Obsidian Brood. She appears to have been slain, and her horn fashioned into a warhorn by the Qalashi djaradin; specifically Boneshaper Jardak. Exadria asks adventurers to collect the horn alongside others.^[1]

There is a lone dead black dragon within Neltharus that appears to have its horn severed. Whether or not this is Scorxia is unknown.
An unused NPC named General Scorxia was initially planned to appear in the Forbidden Reach as part of the dracthyr starting experience.^[2] Several spells made reference to summoning and riding her.
