Patch changes

• Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Removed.
  
• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 20 (was 40).
  
• Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now a PvP talent (was a rank 22 honor talent).
  
• Hotfix (2017-11-28): Can no longer be cast while stunned.
  
• Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Cooldown reduced to 24 seconds (was 30 seconds). Duration increased to 8 seconds (was 6 seconds).
  
• Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25): Redesigned into an active ability.
