Sandahl is a human warlock trainer located in the cellar of the Slaughtered Lamb pub in the Mage Quarter in Stormwind City.
As part of a warlock quest-chain, an Alliance warlock will need to seek Sandahl, in order to get some information about the Council of the Black Harvest.
