Salt Flats Vultures are drowned vultures found in the Shimmering Deep in Thousand Needles. Before the Cataclysm, they were found flying in the Shimmering Flats.

Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Model updated. 
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Now extinct. Several of their corpses can still be found floating in Thousand Needles.
