Ruthlessness is an Outlaw rogue talent.

Patch changes

  • Dragonflight Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 4 Outlaw talent (was a level 27 Outlaw ability).
  • Shadowlands Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now learned at level 27 (was 28).
  • Legion Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25): Now learned at level 28 (was 27).
  • Legion Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): No longer reduces the cooldown of [Adrenaline Rush], [Killing Spree] or [Sprint] when using a damaging finishing move. Now learned at level 27 (was 32).
  • Warlords of Draenor Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Redesigned by merging [Relentless Strikes] and [Restless Blades]. For each combo point spent, your damaging finishing moves reduce the cooldown on your Adrenaline Rush, Killing Spree, and Sprint by 2 sec, and all your finishing moves have a 20% chance to grant a combo point and restore 25 Energy.
    Old: Gives your finishing moves a 20% chance per combo point to add a combo point to your target.
  • Mists of Pandaria Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Re-added as a level 32 Combat ability (was a Tier 2 Assassination talent).
  • Mists of Pandaria Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed.
  • Bc icon.gif Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): Now only affects melee finishing moves. It no longer works with [Deadly Throw].
