Elder Runetotem is located in Razor Hill, approximately 53.23, 43.68, just to the right once inside the southern most entrance. This elder, like all the others, is illuminated by a shaft of light from the sky. This Elder gives the locations of Elder Darkhorn and Elder High Mountain.
