Runeseer Faljar is a vrykul located in Stormheim who leads the Bonespeakers. Along with Jarl Velbrand and Torvald, he could challenge Sigryn's claim to the throne of the Tideskorn. Sigryn fought him to prove herself worth of the Tideskorn throne. After being defeated, Faljar yielded and said he and the Bonespeakers would not interfere with Sigryn's claim to the throne.[1]

Forbidden Rune — The caster inscribes a forbidden rune onto the target causing the target to place a rune at their feet every 1.5 sec. After 3 sec the rune explodes inflicting Shadow damage to all players within 2 yards.
Runic Bulwark — Runeseer Faljar consumes the power of nearby runes creating a shield of shadowy magic making him immune to all damage. In addition, the excess runic magic inflicts Shadow damage every 1.5 sec. Destroying the runestone shatters his connection, interrupting the effect.
Shattered Rune — The caster shatters a rune launching the shards at the target inflicting Shadow damage.
Sigil of Binding — Binds the target in place stunning them.

Ancestral Knowledge — Fel power courses through Runeseer Faljar's veins, shielding him from 5000000 damage, casting interruption, and all Crowd-Controlling effects.- Ancestral Knowledge — Runeseer Faljar channels immense Fel power into a concentrated explosion, inflicting 5000000 Fire damage to all enemies.
Fel Skein — Sigryn, Jarl Velbrand, and Runeseer Faljar's fates are intertwined. Damage dealt to one is dealt to the others as well.
Shadowbolt — The caster hurls a bolt of shadowy energies at the target, inflicting Shadow damage.
