Jarl Velbrand is the leader of the Drekirjar. Along with Runeseer Faljar and Torvald, he could challenge Sigryn's claim to the throne of the Tideskorn. Sigryn fought him to prove herself worth of the Tideskorn throne. After being defeated, Velbrand yielded and said he and the Drekirjar would back Sigryn's claim to the throne.[1]

Abilities

Whirlwind — Attacks nearby enemies in a whirlwind of steel that inflicts 200% of weapon damage.

- Bladestorm — The caster spins in place, slowly pulling in all players. Players caught in the center of the vortex take Physical damage.
Fel Skein — Sigryn, Jarl Velbrand, and Runeseer Faljar's fates are intertwined. Damage dealt to one is dealt to the others as well.
Hurl Axe — The caster hurls their axe through the air, inflicting Physical damage to all players caught in its path.
