Rizzle Sprysprocket is a goblin found in Azshara, appearing during the druid epic 
[Flight Form] quest 
[70] Chasing the Moonstone. She stole the moonstone before the druid could take it and led them on a merry chase down the river, dropping depth charges, until she finally gave up and offered the item.
