Rizzle's Depth Charge is a depth charge placed in the river along side Azshara and Ashenvale to disrupt the druid from chasing its owner, Rizzle Sprysprocket.
They only appear during the quest 
[70] Chasing the Moonstone in which you must catch Rizzle, after she had stolen the moonstone from the druid.
Notes
The depth charges slowly move from one side of the river to the other in hopes to blow the druid out of the water, thus taking him or her out of their 
[Aquatic Form], slowing their pursuit.
