Risen Bakar are bakar raised as skeletal hounds by Clan Ukhel in the Eternal Kurgans in the Ohn'ahran Plains. Some are seen chasing each other around the kurgans, while others fight nearby Swift Hornstriders or tear at Slain Hornstriders. Tombcaller Ganzaya and Tombcaller Arban can summon Risen Bakar to aid them.
