Patch changes

Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Ride the Lightning now causes [Stormstrike] to cast a [Chain Lightning] when 3 enemy targets are nearby. If there aren't 3 enemies nearby the Shaman, lightning strikes the two furthest enemy targets within 40 yards.
Old: When you use Stormstrike you also cast a Chain Lightning on the target.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Converted from a rank 43 honor talent to a PvP talent.
