Raszel Ander is a human warlock who appears as a Mysterious Traveler at Demon Fall Ridge in Ashenvale after completing the ritual from the Dark Ritual Stone.
He is a friend of Doan Karhan and remains by his side in the Barrens after completing the quest [28] Mysterious Traveler, but later reveals himself to have been the dreadlord Des'Altek.
