Rastari Enforcers are Zandalari troll guards found in Dazar'alor. The ones stationed at Zanchul were corrupted. Some of them are off-duty. They also appear inside of Uldir.
They are also present in both versions of the Battle of Dazar'alor.
Abilities
Regeneration — Heals the caster every 2 sec for 6 sec.
Rending Cut — Inflicts Physical damage to an enemy every 1 sec for 6 sec.
