Primalist Stormslingers are vulpera that originally spawned at air invasions during the Tempest Unleashed pre-expansion event. They now appear on the Dragon Isles during Primal Storms.
Abilities
Lightning Crash — Stuns all enemies within 4 yards of the impact, rendering them unable to move or attack for 3 sec. Inflicts 17 Nature damage to enemies within 4 yards of the impact.
Lightning Surge — Blast an enemy with lightning, inflicting 13 Nature damage.
