Primalist Flowbreakers are draenei that originally spawned at water invasions during the Tempest Unleashed pre-expansion event. They now appear on the Dragon Isles during Primal Storms.
Abilities
Aquanova — Enchants a location to explode after a short delay, inflicting Frost damage to all enemies within 12 yards, knocking them back.
Water Blast — Blast an enemy with a jet of water, dealing 13 Frost damage.
