Plague Spreaders are ghouls found at Raven Hill in Duskwood.
Three spawn at the border to Stranglethorn Vale if Private Merle escapes the Rebel Camp alive after finishing 
[37] Patrol Schedules, usually killing him as he tries to flee into Duskwood.
Abilities
Corpse Rot — Deals Plague damage. Lasts 10 sec.
Wandering Plague — Diseases an enemy for 30 sec., increasing the Physical damage it takes by 5% and reducing its Stamina by 5%. The diseased target has 10% chance of spreading its illness to one of its nearby allies when struck in combat.
