Phael the Afflictor is a wraith located in the Tremaculum during the Escape from the Maw. It is tasked with breaking down the most powerful souls in the Tremaculum to serve the Jailer. He oversaw the imprisonment of Anduin Wrynn in the Tremaculum.[1]
Abilities
Death Rites Ritual — Channels a necromantic ritual, causing explosions of death magic around the caster, inflicting Shadow damage to all nearby enemies every 3 sec for 9 sec.
Spectral Bolt — Inflicts Shadow damage to an enemy.
