The Tremaculum.

The Tremaculum ^[28, 15] is the northwestern corner of the Maw. Bordered to the east and south by the Planes of Torment, and the southwest by the Ruin's Cradle, the Tremaculum holds some of the Jailer's more important prisoners before they get transferred to Torghast, Tower of the Damned. Anduin Wrynn was imprisoned in this place after he got kidnapped by the mawsworn and sent to the Maw.

A Chaotic Riftstone to the Crucible of the Damned is available once players unlock it with the  [Encased Riftwalker Essence].

Here souls are tormented, twisted into wretched shades.
