Ph'el Oman is a Lightforged draenei warlock who first appears as Initiate Oman on Darkmoon Island.
He later attended the Tishamaat in the Trader's Tier in the Exodar. He was seen speaking with Atharuun.
Abilities
Shadowbolt — Deals 200% weapon damage as Shadow damage.
Soulburn: Health Funnel — Initiate Oman sacrifices his health to aide[sic] you in defeating Lord Banehollow. Increases damage, healing, and haste by 100% for 1 min.
