Otharia is a green dragon in night elf visage who was captured by the Zaqali djaradin in the Emerald Dream and brought to Igira at the Slagfell Hold. She and Akuda can be then seen at the Wellspring of Life during the quests 
[70] The Age of Mortals and [70] Echo of the Firelands. They are unable to be rescued however, and they disappear after the completion of [70] Echo of the Firelands.
