Omasum Blighthoof is a tauren death knight located in the Plaguewood of Eastern Plaguelands under the command of Aurius Rivendare. He and Karthis Darkrune are guarding the entrance to Stratholme. They received a letter from Baroness Anastari, claiming that if they keep the plaguewoods secured, they would earn a new comrade.

  • Inv misc horn 02.png Horn of Winter — The Death Knight blows the Horn of Winter, which generates 10 runic power and increases total Strength and Agility by 5. Lasts 2 min.
