Obezion is a member of the black dragonflight and the twin brother of Ravia. He and his sister had been stolen from a primal nest before they hatched and infused with Order.

Obezion and Ravia saved Talinstrasz's life during the first attack on Wyrmrest Temple. Three moons later they were among the drakes Talinstrasz attempted to sway against the dragonflights with the truth of their possible origins as stolen eggs — Obezion attacked Talinstrasz for his vocal support of Vyranoth and impugnment of Alexstrasza but was interrupted by Lailastrasza's arrival before he could inflict actual harm.

Obezion and Ravia fought against the djaradin in the Waking Shores as part of Lailastrasza's group. After one of their efforts had concluded, he chastised Aymestrasz to hurry up and stop saying goodbye to Lailastrasza so they could get back to Valdrakken before the Ruby Feast ran out of cakes for the evening.

When Alexstrasza offered every dragon whose egg had been taken from a primal nest and ordered against their will a boon, Obezion and Ravia demurred but changed their minds when Neltharion offered to personally take them under his wing.
