Navigator Bi-Yun is a pandaren found in the Hoard of Shimmermaw of Hornswog Grounds in northeastern Forbidden Reach. Alongside Mad-Eye Carrey and First Mate Ovdah, they collectively serve as the Mad-Eye Carrey vignette.
Abilities
Shadow Flurry — Bi-yun steps through the shadows, unleashing a flurry of blades.- Shadow Flurry — Inflicts 2 Shadow damage to all enemies within 8 yards of the caster every 1.5 sec for 15 sec.
