Mad-Eye Carrey is a rare elite human found in the Hoard of Shimmermaw of Hornswog Grounds in northeastern Forbidden Reach. Alongside First Mate Ovdah and Navigator Bi-Yun, they collectively serve as the Mad-Eye Carrey vignette.
Abilities
Captain's Duty — A sense of duty to his crew causes Mad-Eye Carrey to take 99% reduced damage.
Captain's Rage — Carrey flies into a fit of pure rage at the loss of his crew! Causes Carrey to take 50% increased damage and inflict 50% increased damage for until canceled.
Devastating Rend — Inflicts 3 Physical damage to all enemies within 30 yards of the caster every 1.5 sec for 15 sec.
Devastating Rend — Inflicts 20 Physical damage to all enemies in front of the caster.
Gangway — Carrey rushes recklessly at his enemies to protect his crew!- Gangway — Knocks all enemies within 8 yards of the caster back. Interrupts spell casting of all enemies within 8 yards for 3 sec. Inflicts 30 Physical damage to enemies within 8 yards.
