Mice are critters found in various locations in Azeroth and Northrend. Killing one of these is required for

Westfall behind the inn or at the Jansen Stead [32, 52]
Wetlands in the basement of the Deepwater Tavern [11, 62]
Grizzly Hills with the pack of deer [20, 75]
Dustwallow Marsh
Mulgore
Duskwood

Notes
They share spawn points with other critters such as prairie dogs and snakes. If you do not see any mice, try killing the other critters such as the snake behind the inn and see what re-spawns in its place. You may have to try a couple of times to get the mouse to spawn.
As they are fast runners, set up a macro to:
/Tar mouse
/stopmacro [noexists]
/cast Shoot
Replacing "Shoot" with your instant spell such as Moonfire
Achievements
