Misty Reed Strand
The Misty Reed Strand is the gloomy coastline of the Swamp of Sorrows. There is little along the vast stretch of beach but driftwood, debris, and crocolisks, crabs, murlocs, and gilblins.
In recent years, the Steamwheedle Cartel's resort town of Bogpaddle was built on the northern edge with a full harbor, and several smaller encampments were started to the south. However the goblins have encountered unexpected opposition in the local coastal wildlife, and several of their camps have been viciously destroyed. An unnatural force has been driving the swamp creatures mad, and Baba Bogbrew, enlisted by the Steamwheedle Cartel, intends to find out why...
Prior to Cataclysm, adventurers of the Alliance come here to collect driftwood and slay crabs, and the Horde had several missions to slay the various murlocs spread about the beach.
