20 Mist-Touched Leather can be bought for a  [Spirit of Harmony] from  Krystel or  Danky at the shrines in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

 [Raptorleaf Seeds] can produce Mist-Touched Leather when planted at the Sunsong Ranch.

Trivia

• During the beta, this item went through a couple different names before reaching its launch name:
  • First Tanji Leather, which was made by combining 5 Tanji Leather Scraps;
  • Then Sha Leather, which was made by combining 5 Sha Leather Scraps.

"Tanji leather" is still mentioned in the Mount Journal description for epic dragon turtle mounts such as the  [Great Red Dragon Turtle].
