This item can be skinned off of beasts on Pandaria, or crafted from 50 Exotic Leather by leatherworkers with 550 skill, which is taught by trainers. It can also be crafted once per day with 20 Exotic Leather using  [Pattern: Magnificence of Leather] or 20  [Prismatic Scale] using  [Pattern: Magnificence of Scales]; these two methods also have a chance of teaching a new leatherworking pattern.

Planting Raptorleaf Seeds at Sunsong Ranch can also produce these hides.
