Mastery: Sniper Training is the mastery effect for Marksmanship hunters. It is improved by the mastery secondary stat.
Patch changes
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now learned at level 10 (was 78). 
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now increases the damage of all abilities (was Focus-spending abilities). Damage bonus reduced. 
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Now learned at level 78 (was 80). Redesigned.
- Previous effect: When you stand still for 3 sec, you gain Sniper Training for 6 sec, which increases your damage, shot range, and critical strike damage by 5%.
- Previous effect: When you stand still for 3 sec, you gain Sniper Training for 6 sec, which increases your damage, shot range, and critical strike damage by 5%.
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Added.
