Masophet the Black is a skeletal mage and one of the four lieutenants of Dar'Khan Drathir, the master of Deatholme. He resides in one of two ziggurats - one near the slaughterhouse in eastern Deatholme, and the other near the slaughterhouse in southern Deatholme (usually near Borgoth the Bloodletter, in other words).
Abilities
Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec.
Mind Flay — Inflicts Shadow damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 3 sec.
