Notes

This item is triggered from landing any harmful spell on a target. That includes the following spells and effects:

• Non-damaging, offensive abilities (e.g. [Silence])
• Hits from item procs (e.g.  [Satyr's Lash]'s Shadow Bolt) and temporary enchants (e.g.  [Bloodboil Poison])
• Hits from mage armor spells ( [Frost Armor] and [Molten Armor])
• Secondary effects

Hits from the shaman's weapon buffs ( [Frostbrand Weapon] and [Flametongue Weapon]) cannot trigger it, however.

The effect seems to have an internal cooldown of approximately 16 seconds.
