Lord Devrestrasz is a red dragon in human guise located at the Wyrmrest Temple in the Dragonblight, where he serves as its highest military leader. He led the defenses against the blue dragonflight assault and later against Deathwing's forces. He is an outspoken supporter of Alexstrasza.
The 
[Power of the Aspects] buff can be disabled by talking to Lord Devrestrasz at the beginning of Dragon Soul if a raid wishes to attempt the encounters without the aid of the Dragon Aspects.
