Lingering Insanity is a level 90 Shadow priest talent.
Patch changes
- Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Replaced with [Damnation].
- Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Lingering Insanity now causes Voidform's haste bonus to fade by 1% every 3 seconds (was 1% every 2 seconds).
- Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Moved to the level 90 talent row (was level 60). Now causes Voidform's haste bonus effect to fade by 1% every 2 seconds (was 2% every second).
- Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Lingering Insanity is now separate from [Voidform], and has been redesigned as a talent (replacing [Void Lord]). Now causes Voidform's haste increase to fade by 2% every second when Voidform ends.
- Previous passive ability: When Voidform ends, you gain Lingering Insanity, allowing the Haste bonus to persist for 1 min or until you next enter Voidform.
