Lil' Wrathion is a black whelp companion that resembles Wrathion's Mists of Pandaria appearance.

Since 25 September 2025, the pet can be purchased from the Battle.net Shop for $10 USD each in retail and Classic. Purchasing the pet for one version does not provide it for the other version.
From 3 November 2023 to 20 February 2025, it was included in both Cataclysm Classic's Blazing Epic Upgrade and the Blazing Heroic Upgrade. After the Epic Upgrade was delisted on 20 February 2025, it remained available exclusively through the Heroic Upgrade until 25 September 2025.
