The Light Mother is a naaru who blessed High Exarch Yrel with visions after the War in Draenor, making her see that one day the Army of the Light would march across the Great Dark Beyond and bring order to countless troubled worlds. In order to ensure that the future promised by the naaru was fulfilled, the draenei started a campaign to unite Draenor and convert the Mag'har orcs into servitors of the Light. This was the birth of the Lightbound which led to the war between the Lightbound and the Mag'har.[1]
