Lieutenant Drex is a Forsaken quest giver located in the Shattered Strand of Azshara. Captain Desoto has players report to him from Bilgewater Harbor.
He appears to be one of the few non-goblin members of the Bilgewater Battalion. Like other members, he is tagged with the Bilgewater Cartel faction. Following players' work for him, he will send them to Captain Tork in the Ruins of Eldarath at the request of Commander Molotov.
During the Demon Invasions, he defended the area.
