Leatherworker Tukhtai is a centaur located in the Ohn'ahran Plains. She is one of the few surviving members of Clan Toghus, having been rescued from the village of Daruukhan after it was destroyed by Clan Nokhud.
After she is rescued by Taivan and the player returns to Marukaai, she and the rest of the Toghus survivors can be found near the center of the city, being tended to for their injuries.
