Kura the Blind is a vengeful arakkoa of the Arakkoa Outcasts that can be found at Terokkar Refuge in Talador, and later the Spires of Arak.
Biography
When first encountered in Talador, Kura explains how he was once a wing-guard at Skyreach. He was cast down—his eyes gouged and his wings clipped—for leaving his post to watch a festival. He seeks revenge on Wing-Guard Kuuan, the one who was supposed to cover his watch and instead sold him out to their superiors just to gain favor with them.[1] Later, he can be found in the Spires of Arak, where he asks that adventurers slay the twin prodigies he once guarded, Sol-Shaper Veoryx and Sol-Shaper Krashyx, before they can unravel the secrets of the Apexis.[2]
