Kravel Koalbeard is a dwarf located at Splithoof Heights in Thousand Needles. Back when he was located at the Mirage Raceway, Kravel was a schemer and conman who sought to enrich himself through various methods including running errands for the race crews, blackmail and rigging the races in his favor. After the flooding of the Raceway, Kravel joined the gnomes attempting to negotiate with the centaur to buy their oil.
