Koro Mistwalker is a pandaren quest giver found in the Krasarang Wilds. He is a senior member of the Crane Wing order.
Background
When the Sha of Despair reawakened and captured Chi-Ji, Koro led his fellow students in escaping its attack on the Temple of the Red Crane. He receives aid from Anduin Wrynn and adventurers in retaking the temple and saving the Red Crane. During the evacuation towards the Crane Wing Refuge, groups of refugees were ambushed by the Riverblade saurok, until Koro, Prince Anduin Wrynn, and the adventurers repelled them.[1][2] From the refuge, Koro coordinated the reclaiming of the temple, which ended up with the defeat of the Sha of Despair and the liberation of the Red Crane.[3]
When the massive Ik'thik Colossus managed to batter down part of the Serpent's Spine, allowing the Ik'thik mantid to invade the Valley of the Four Winds,[4] Koro and a contingent of Crane Wing priests and monks joined the Shado-Pan and heroes in the defense of Stoneplow Fields. They were bolstered by Mudmug's beer, and aided by tauren Sunwalkers and night elf Sentinels.[5] Ultimately, the mantid were repelled by these combined forces, while the corpse of the colossus filled the breach in the wall.[6]
