Korinna was among the first Ascended and was the one to first tame the creatures of Bastion. She created the Garden of Respite. Having long since passed, her memory is encountered in Korinna's Reliquary in Bastion. She appeared once the Vesper of Remembrance had been rung. Her staff, 
[Korinna's Allaying Crook], has the power to prevent creatures from succumbing to a savage, anima-starved state.[1] After Zosime, who had been sent to the garden to be its caretaker, with the help of a Maw walker, was able to acquire Korinna's staff, Korinna's memory decided to guide her in the use of the staff to restore the garden and its creatures.[2]
