King's Harbor

King's Harbor.

King's Harbor is located to the southeast of New Avalon, below the Scarlet Overlook on the bluffs. Its docks are initially controlled by the Scarlet Crusade, but later by the Knights of the Ebon Blade after the fall of New Avalon.
