The Khanam Matra's Message is provided by Khanam Matra Sarest for 
[62-65] Hooves of War to be delivered to Khansguard Jebotai.

Balakar and the Nokhud have declared war on all the Maruuk clans. He is marshalling his army to conquer the plains.
Mobilize the khansguard and dispatch messengers to warn the other clans. We must rally as many of them as we can. You must also protect the people of Teerakai and ensure they are prepared for any Nokhud aggression.
Inform the mystics that I plan to blow the Horn of Drusahl to strike an alliance with the dragons. To empower the Horn, we must commune with Ohn'ahra and ask for her blessing. Only with her help can we guarantee victory over the Nokhud.
