Kalandrios is an air elemental located at the Throne of the Elements in Nagrand. Shortly before the Cataclysm, Thrall journeyed to Garadar to discover why the elements of Azeroth were so afraid. During this event, Thrall would communicate with Kalandrios to see if the fury could enlighten him to what was causing the elements their fear. In response, Kalandrios questioned why he should care for trails of air in another land when his own essence suffered in Outland.[1]
If you attacked somebody around him, he would one shot you. He's currently not involved in any quests.
