Description

We need to find out where those ducks are hiding our stolen goods! And who this mysterious Daetan is, while we're at it.

I convinced Emmery to give me more of that potion. Take it and find my heirloom!

Elwynn Forest

Use the potion and exit Goldshire to the southwest. On the bank of the river between Goldshire and the Westbrook Garrison at around ^{[34.60, 69.42]}, Mischievous Ducks and Relaxed Ducks are present, and Daetan Swiftplume flies in:

Daetan Swiftplume says: To the nest, my friends! We will end this ridiculous festival of colored eggs.

Daetan flies away.

Drop the disguise, then find his nest south, past the Stonefield Farm at ^{[30.53, 90.84]} and loot the  [Golden Egg Heirloom] by the nest. Completing this quest unlocks  [1-70 Daily] Quacking Down.

Combat with Daetan Swiftplume

Additionally, if other players have not already done so, drag the Golden Egg onto the nest to summon Daetan Swiftplume, who drops the  [Noblegarden Trinket], which starts  [1-70 Daily] Feathered Fiend. Daetan's first kill also awards the  [Quacked Killer] achievement.

Use the potion and leave Razor Hill through the west exit. Follow the path with Mischievous Ducks and Relaxed Ducks. Where the Watershed starts at ^{[48.42, 43.96]}, Daetan Swiftplume appears.

Daetan flies northward.

Follow suit and find his nest at ^{[44.57, 35.20]} and loot  [Golden Egg Heirloom]. Completing this quest unlocks  [1-70 Daily] Quacking Down.
