Ishak of the Four Winds is an elemental dragon located in Uldum. He flies around one of the lower spires near the entrance to the Vortex Pinnacle.
Abilities
Ball Lightning — Creates a vortex of electric current that inflicts 14 Nature damage every 2 sec while players are near the vortex.
Cleave — Inflicts Physical damage to an enemy and its nearest allies, affecting up to 10 targets and knocking them back.
Lightning Breath — Inflicts Nature damage to all enemies in a cone 30 yds. in front of the caster.

- Ishak is the only rare in Uldum that spawns during all three Assaults.
- Respawn times are typically between 2 to 5 hours.
